(1) The county clerk, on or before the first Monday in October in each year, shall provide a copy of the property tax record to each city in the county if the city treasurer is required by an ordinance of the city to collect its taxes. The record must be a copy of the corrected property tax record of the county, as far as it refers to city property.
(2) The copy must be in a form that itemizes the different funds so that the city treasurer may extend the funds and collect the taxes.
