Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-6-4411. Equalization of assessments

(1) The equalization of assessments of property made by the department of revenue applies to the assessment of property in any city or town and must be taken as the equalization thereof.

(2) The person aggrieved must first make an affidavit stating the facts, which must be filed with the clerk.
