(1) Upon the receipt of the certificate referred to in 7-13-2214(2) or the certified copy of the order referred to in 7-13-2208(3), the secretary of state shall, within 10 days, issue a certificate reciting that the district (naming it) has been incorporated according to the laws of the state of Montana. A copy of the certificate must be transmitted to and filed with the county clerk of the county or counties in which the district is situated.
(2) From and after the date of a certificate of incorporation from the secretary of state, the district named in the certificate must be considered incorporated with all the rights, privileges, and powers set forth in part 23 and this part.
