Montana Title 44. Law Enforcement § 44-6-108. Confidentiality of records of DNA testing

Except as provided in this part or unless the person that they relate to consents to their release, records, findings, and results of DNA testing are confidential criminal justice information subject to the dissemination provisions of Title 44, chapter 5.
