Montana Title 20. Education § 20-4-123. Preservation and publication of contracts made pursuant to interstate agreement

True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to the agreement shall be kept on file in the office of the state superintendent of public instruction. The state superintendent of public instruction shall publish all such contracts in convenient form.
