Montana Title 20. Education § 20-4-122. Designated official for purposes of interstate agreement

The designated state official for this state is the state superintendent of public instruction. The state superintendent of public instruction shall enter into contracts pursuant to Article III of the agreement only after approval of the specific text thereof by the board of public education.
