Montana Title 2. Government Structure and Administration § 2-18-813. Combining existing employee groups authorized

The department may combine existing state employee groups into larger groups for the purpose of establishing state employee group benefit plans on behalf of the combined groups. The department may also combine state employees into a single group for purposes of state employee group benefits under this part.
