(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of plumbers.
(2) The board consists of seven members:
(a) two master plumbers;
(b) two journey level plumbers;
(c) one professional engineer qualified in mechanical engineering;
(d) one representative of the department of environmental quality, who must have experience in the regulation of drinking water systems; and
(e) one public member.
(3) The board is allocated to the department for administrative purposes only as prescribed in 2-15-121.
