Montana Title 2. Government Structure and Administration § 2-15-1763. Board of professional engineers and professional land surveyors

(a) five professional engineers who have been in responsible charge of engineering work or have teaching experience at one or more schools of engineering. No more than two of these members may be from the same branch of engineering.

(b) two professional and practicing land surveyors who have been in responsible charge of land surveying; and

(c) two public members.
