Mississippi Code Title 93. Domestic Relations § 93-17-57

The Department of Child Protection Services shall establish and administer an on-going program of supplemental benefits for adoption. Supplemental benefits and services for children under this program shall be provided out of such funds as may be appropriated to the Division of Medicaid for the medical services for children in foster care, or made available to the department from other sources.
