Mississippi Code Title 59. Ports, Harbors, Landings and Watercraft § 59-9-39

(1) Up to and including one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), one per cent (1%).

(2) Above one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and up to and including two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one half of one per cent ( 1/2 of 1%).

(3) Above two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one fourth of one per cent ( 1/4 of 1%).
