Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVII. Agriculture and Animals § 266.400. Violations may be enjoined

The director of the department of agriculture of this state is hereby authorized to apply for, through the attorney general of this state, and the circuit courts of this state are hereby authorized to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate sections 266.361 to 266.400, notwithstanding the existence of other remedies at law, said injunction to be issued without bond.
