Missouri Revised Statutes Title XV. Lands, Levees, Drainage, Sewers and Public Water Supply § 249.410. Delinquent rental charges to bear interest

1. Delinquent rental charges shall bear interest at the rate of one-half percent per month, until paid, and shall be collected in the same manner as taxes levied under the authority of sections 249.010 to 249.420 for the payment of sinking funds and interest on other bonds of the district are collected.

2. All provisions of sections 249.010 to 249.420 pertaining to soliciting bids for construction or repairs of other sewers in the district and the letting of and execution of contracts shall be deemed to apply with equal effect to lateral sewers constructed in subdistricts.
