Missouri Revised Statutes Title XV. Lands, Levees, Drainage, Sewers and Public Water Supply § 245.380. Board to supervise work

Said work shall be done by said contractors under the supervision of said board of directors, or any engineer or engineers to be selected by them for that purpose, and when completed, if performed according to the terms of their contract and the plans and specifications submitted to said meeting of landholders, shall be received and accepted by said board of directors.
