Missouri Revised Statutes Title XV. Lands, Levees, Drainage, Sewers and Public Water Supply § 243.510. Suits to be brought in name of state

Suits on bonds for costs and the performance and completion of work on contract shall be brought in the name of the state of Missouri at the relation and to the use of the drainage district.
