Missouri Revised Statutes Title XV. Lands, Levees, Drainage, Sewers and Public Water Supply § 241.309. Counties may sell land, how--proceeds, how used

All counties in which such islands are situated may, subject to the provisions of section 241.311, cause them to be appropriately surveyed and sell and convey them in the same manner as lands are sold under the provisions of section 241.310, and for the same purposes.
