Missouri Revised Statutes Title XV. Lands, Levees, Drainage, Sewers and Public Water Supply § 241.090. Preparation of patents

Whenever possible so to do, all the overflowed and swamp lands situate in any one county shall be included in one patent and described numerically by sections, townships and ranges, having due regard for county lines.
