Missouri Revised Statutes Title XL. Additional Executive Departments § 644.126. Water pollution board rules and orders to remain in effect until new standards are adopted by the commission

All standards, rules, limitations, regulations, and orders of the water pollution board presently existing shall remain in effect as actions of the clean water commission until such time as the clean water commission may adopt new standards, rules, limitations, and regulations, which they are hereby instructed to do.
