Missouri Revised Statutes Title XIV. Roads and Waterways § 227.367. Officer Scott Armstrong Memorial Highway designated in St. Louis County

The portion of Highway 370 in St. Louis County from the intersection of Interstate 270, west to the Discovery Bridge, shall be designated the “Officer Scott Armstrong Memorial Highway”. Costs for such designation shall be paid by the Bridgeton Optimist Club.
