Notwithstanding subsection 8 of section 227.299, the portion of U.S. Highway 60 contained in Stoddard County, from where U.S. Highway 60 and Route ZZ intersect to where U.S. Highway 60 and Missouri Route 25 intersect, shall be designated the “Sergeant Carl Dewayne Graham Jr. Memorial Highway”. Costs for such designation shall be paid by the Missouri Troopers' Association.
