Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 86.570. Pension may be terminated, when

The board of trustees of the police pension fund may in their discretion terminate and cease all pensions awarded to any member of the police department under the provisions of sections 86.510 to 86.577 if the pensioner is convicted of a felony or infamous crime.
