Missouri Revised Statutes Title VII. Cities, Towns and Villages § 86.567. Pensioners may be recalled to duty in an emergency

The board of police commissioners shall have the right to recall any person receiving a pension under sections 86.510 to 86.577 to active duty in an emergency, said person to receive full pay for the rank in which he may serve, but such person shall not be entitled to any payments out of such pension fund while serving on active duty.
