It shall be the duty of the commission making such order to give notice thereof, at least ten days prior to running and marking said line, to the commission of the adjacent county, whereupon the commission receiving such notice shall issue an order to the county surveyor, ordering him to proceed, with the surveyor of the county giving notice to survey and mark the line or lines designated in the order.
