Subdivision 1. Exemption. The provisions ofsection 356.401apply to the general employees retirement plan, to the public employees police and fire retirement plan, and to the local government correctional service retirement plan.
Subd. 2. Repealed byLaws 2005, 1st Sp., c. 8, art. 10, § 81, par. (e), eff. July 1, 2005.
Subd. 3. Payment to public bodies. If, in the judgment of the executive director, conditions so warrant, payment of an annuity, a retirement benefit, or a refund may be made to a public body in behalf of an annuitant, disabilitant, or survivor upon such terms as the executive director may prescribe.
