Subdivision 1. Combined service. Except as provided insection 356.30,356.302, or356.303, service under the unclassified program during which the employee contributed to the program undersection 352D.04, subdivision 2, may be used for the limited purpose of qualifying for benefits undersections 352.115,352.113,354.44,354.45,354.48, and356.311. The service may not be used to qualify for a disability benefit undersection 352.113or354.48if a participant was under the unclassified program at the time of the disability. Also, the years of service and salary paid while the participant was in the unclassified program may not be used in determining the amount of benefits.
Subd. 2. Repealed by Laws 1975, c. 368, § 51, eff. June 5, 1975.
