Minnesota Statutes Retirement (Ch. 352-356B) § 352.75. Transfer of pension coverage savings clause; increase in existing annuities and benefits

Subdivision 1. Repealed byLaws 2015, c. 68, art. 13, § 65, eff. July 1, 2015.

Subd. 2. New employees. All persons employed by the Metropolitan Council as employees of the Transit Operating Division are members of the general state employees retirement plan of the Minnesota State Retirement System and are state employees for purposes of this chapter unless specifically excluded undersection 352.01, subdivision 2b.
