Minnesota Statutes Public Safety (Ch. 299A-299N) § 299A.43. Eligibility determination; contested case

A challenge to a determination of eligibility by the commissioner of public safety must be heard as a contested case, except that the decision of the administrative law judge is binding on the parties to the proceeding. The order of the administrative law judge is the final decision of the commissioner. The hearing must be conducted according tosections 14.56to14.62and is subject to appeal according tosections 14.63to14.68.
