Minnesota Statutes Labor, Industry (Ch. 175-189) § 181C.10. Statewide regulations

Notwithstanding any other provision of law and except as provided insection 181C.09no local governmental unit of this state may enact or enforce any ordinance, local law, or regulation that: (1) regulates any matter relating to transportation network companies or transportation network company drivers addressed insection 65B.472or chapter 181C; or (2) requires the provision of data related tosection 65B.472or chapter 181C.
