A local unit of government may refuse to issue a license or may revoke a license and right to operate issued to a TNC by the local unit of government for a TNC's failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter. Notwithstandingsection 13.39, the commissioner of labor and industry may provide data collected related to a compliance order issued undersection 177.27, subdivision 4, to a local unit of government for purposes of a revocation under this section.
