Minnesota Statutes Environmental Protection (Ch. 114C-116I) § 115C.06. Effect on other law

Subdivision 1. Actions under chapter 115B. This chapter does not limit any actions initiated by the agency under chapter 115B.

Subd. 2. Duty to notify and take action for release. This chapter does not limit a person's duty to notify the agency and take action related to a release as provided insection 115.061.
