Subdivision 1. Generally. The attorney general has the responsibilities and duties prescribed by this section.
Subd. 2. Duties.The attorney general shall:
(1) enforce the provisions of law relating to consumer fraud and unlawful practices in connection therewith as set forth insections 325F.68and325F.69;
(2) enforce the provisions of law set forth insections 80D.19and80D.20and Laws 1984, chapter 641, section 9; and
(3) make recommendations to the governor and the legislature for statutory needs that exist in adequately protecting the consumer.
