An attorney for a judgment creditor may execute on a money judgment by levying on indebtedness owed to the judgment debtor by a third party, pursuant to this chapter. The attorney for the judgment creditor must obtain a writ of execution issued undersection 550.04before the attorney can execute pursuant to this chapter. No more than $10,000 may be recovered by a single notice of execution levy pursuant to this section. No more than one execution may be served on a single third party by a judgment creditor each calendar day under this chapter.
