Sec. 10.PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO ACCOUNT. If any guardian shall fail to file, with the court or the veterans administration as required by this act, any account of the benefits received by him from the veterans administration on account of his ward within 30 days after such account is due, or shall fail to furnish the veterans administration a true copy of any account or of any petition as required by this act, such failure shall be ground for removal.
