1. Hearing on request. Any person whose license, permit or privilege to operate has been revoked pursuant to section 2552 may, within 30 days of notice of revocation, request a hearing to show cause why the license should not be revoked.
2. Issues. The only issues that are properly raised at a hearing are:
A. Whether the person whose license has been revoked is the same person named in the transcript or abstract; and
B. Whether the person's record brings that person within the definition of an habitual offender.
3. Other procedures. Except as specifically provided in this section, the hearing procedures set forth in subchapter III, article 3 1 apply to hearings under this section.
