Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A. Motor Vehicles § 2415. Operating under foreign license during suspension or revocation in State prohibited

Any resident or nonresident whose license has been suspended or revoked as provided in this Title commits the offense defined in section 2412-A if that person operates a motor vehicle during that suspension or revocation under a license or permit issued by any other jurisdiction. This section does not apply to a person whose license has been revoked pursuant to the provisions in subchapter V.  1
