Massachusetts General Laws Part III. Courts, Judicial Officers and Proceedings in Civil Cases (Ch. 211-262) Ch. 255D, § 11A

The buyer shall have the right to return to the seller at any time all merchandise certificates or coupons which have not been exchanged for goods or services, and the seller shall thereupon credit the buyer with the full face amount thereof and all finance charges and any insurance charges thereon.
