Massachusetts General Laws Part III. Courts, Judicial Officers and Proceedings in Civil Cases (Ch. 211-262) Ch. 246, § 49

No action provided under section forty-five shall be brought against a person adjudged a trustee unless he is served within two years after judgment in the original action; or, if the money or other thing is not payable when the judgment is rendered, unless he is served within one year after such money or other thing becomes payable.
