Massachusetts General Laws Part III. Courts, Judicial Officers and Proceedings in Civil Cases (Ch. 211-262) Ch. 234A, § 80

On or before the first day of June of each year, the jury commissioner, with the approval of the jury management advisory committee, may convene a conference with representatives of the cities and towns of the participating counties and other participants. The purpose of this conference shall be to facilitate the administration of this chapter at the local level. The office of jury commissioner shall pay all reasonable costs of the annual conference.
