The causing of a death under such circumstances as would create liability under section one, two or two B on the part of a person, if alive at the time of such death, shall create a like liability on his part if such death occurs after his own death and such liability may be enforced against the executor or administrator of his estate, subject to all provisions of law otherwise applicable.
