The register in such case, in addition to the names of the parties to the action which he is required to enter as provided in section sixty-five, shall also enter in his docket of attachments the names of the persons in whom the record or legal title stands, as returned by the officer, in the same manner as if the estate of such persons were attached as defendants in the action.
