Massachusetts General Laws Part III. Courts, Judicial Officers and Proceedings in Civil Cases (Ch. 211-262) Ch. 223, § 119

The defendant, in an action founded on either of the three preceding sections, shall not be allowed to counter-claim for a demand against the executor or administrator, or against the estate of the deceased.
