The secretary shall promulgate regulations to implement this chapter and in doing so shall consult with the secretary of health and human services, Jane Doe Inc.: The Massachusetts Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence, GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders, Inc., Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, Inc., ABCD, Inc. on behalf of the MA Family Planning Association, The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, Inc., the Maternal Outcomes for Translational Health Equity Research Lab, Resilient Sisterhood Project, Inc., Health Care Without Walls, Inc., Our Bodies Ourselves and Reproductive Equity Now, Inc.
