Any person who knowingly violates sections four or five with specific intent to injure any person, or knowingly aids or participates in such violation with specific intent to injure any person, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars if a corporation, or, if any other person, by a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
The superior court shall have jurisdiction of actions brought under this section. Such actions shall be brought by the attorney general in the county in which said violation occurred in whole or in part.
