Section two of this chapter, chapter two hundred and sixty-one of the acts of eighteen hundred and fifty-four, chapter one hundred and forty-four of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-six, so much of section one of chapter eleven of the province laws of seventeen hundred and twenty-seven as is contained in the following words “saving always the right and title of this province to the said lands which is to be in no wise prejudiced”, and all other acts or parts of acts which refer to the province lands at Provincetown, except the act incorporating said town, shall not apply to that portion of said province lands lying east and south of the line fixed in the preceding section.
