Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 7D, § 9

The office shall develop a statewide information technology plan that shall identify the immediate needs of information technology among state agencies as well as long-term investments in information technology that should be considered by the commonwealth. The plan shall be updated annually and shall be published on the website of the commonwealth.
