The board, any public agency exempted under section 46 and all other governmental units engaged in the selection of applicants to perform design services but not otherwise subject to the board's jurisdiction shall keep the following records:
(i) all information supplied by or obtained about each applicant;
(ii) all actions taken by the board or agency relating to any project;
(iii) any other records related to designer or interior designer selection required by the division.
The records of public agencies exempted under section 46 or not otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of the board shall be available for inspection by the board or the division.
