The office of campaign and political finance shall prepare and update from time to time an online training program to provide information on the requirements of this chapter applicable to treasurers of political committees that file reports with the office. A treasurer of a political committee that files reports with the office shall, within 30 days after filing an acceptance of the position with the office in accordance with section 5 and every 2 years after filing the acceptance, complete the online training program.
The office shall establish procedures for implementing and ensuring compliance with this section.
