Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 40, § 69

Public notice of the request for proposals shall be published in the central register pursuant to section 20A of chapter 9 at least 30 days before the time specified for receipt of proposals in the request for proposals.
