The executive director of the international trade office and the director of any foreign office shall annually file a financial report with the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate and the joint legislative committee on economic development and emerging technologies on the operation and activities of the office. The report shall include a complete evaluation of the results of the activities of the foreign offices and its effects on the business economy of the commonwealth, including the areas of the export of goods and services and in the location of foreign businesses in the commonwealth.
