The division shall, within 120 days of the close of each fiscal year, make a detailed report in writing to the general court, including without limitation: the number and types of cases filed with the division, including elections, and the disposition of all such cases; statistics regarding the number of decisions it has rendered and unresolved cases, and the timeliness of the division's decisions; the names, salaries, and duties of all employees and officers in the employ or under the supervision of the division; and an account of all moneys it has disbursed.
